General

In accordance with Annex 11 of the Statutes of the University of Pécs, students are able to give their anonymous feedback on all the courses (and their lecturers) that they registered for in that semester.

You are not obligated to fill out these questionnaires, however students who completely fill out all of their OMHV questionnaires in a given semester will be granted the opportunity to register for their subjects a little earlier in the following semester. As indicated in the Academic Calendar, the course registration period for the 2022/2023 spring semester will be as follows:

If you completely fill out all of your OMHV surveys, you will be able to register for courses

from 9AM on 1st February 2023 (until midnight 12th February 2023)

If you do not complete all of your OMHV surveys, you will be able to register for courses

from 1PM on 1st February 2023 (until midnight 12th February 2023)

The answers you give in these questionnaires can in no way be traced back to your name. The surveys are completely anonymous. In order to keep this anonymity, surveys will not be generated for courses that have less than 3 students registered.

The questionnaires can be filled out

from 8AM 28th November 2022 to 11:59PM 22nd January 2023

To access the OMHV questionnaires, visit Administration Questionaires in Neptun.

Here you will see a separate questionnaire for all the courses you have been registered for in this semester. To fill out a questionnaire, click on the Filling button.

The survey will open up in a separate pop-up window, so make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser.

If you logged in to Neptun in English, the questionnaire will automatically appear in English for you. If it shows up in Hungarian, you can switch languages with the globe icon.

The questions will be shown to you based on your answer for the first question (about attendance). If you answer that you visited 0-25% of the classes, you will not be able to give feedback on the class. You will be asked to write down the reason you missed most of the classes. Please give a truthful answer, as it can be a great help for the Faculty staff to see what the general problems could be.

If you select any of the options above 25%, you will be given a list of questions about the course itself, and its lecturers. If the course has multiple lecturers in Neptun, you will be given a separate page for each lecturer, so make sure you read the name at the top of the page. You can rate each question between 1 and 5.

At the end of the questions about the lecturer, you have the option to give written feedback on the lecturer and the lecture itself. Please refrain from profanities and insults, give your feedback in a polite manner.

At the very end of the questionnaire you have the option to give feedback on the OMHV surveys generally. You do not have to fill this part out for every survey, but we would appreciate it if you took the time to fill it out once.

If you run into any technical difficulties, please contact the Registrar’s Office via student.humanities@pte.hu.
